Carolyn's Dancing Academy was established in 1970 by Carolyn Madden, and has since become one of the most respected Ballet, Tap and Jazz schools in Sydney.

Providing students with well disciplined classes in an enjoyable atmosphere, Carolyn's Dancing Academy aims to ensure that their students not only enjoy their dancing and gain good technical dance skills, but also finish each year with a sense of satisfaction and achievement.

Carolyn's Dancing Academy offers classes in Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Contemporary dance, with fully qualified teachers who are well regarded within the dance fraternity.

Dancing examinations are held once a year for Ballet and Tap, and as a studio our students are encouraged to compete at dance eisteddfods.

The studio also provides the opportunity for all it's students to perform at an 'End of Year Performance' which is held in December at the Granville RSL club.

Students accepted for private lessons are entered for dance eisteddfods, and they can also be invited to join our Performance Group for troupe work which encourages team work and team building.

Students from Carolyn's Dancing Academy are recognised for their skills, which assists them to follow their dreams in the performing arts.
